Glenn Fox is an accomplished executive recruiter with over 15 years of experience. Prior to founding BusinessElite, Glenn was the VP of Executive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and member of the HR Leadership Team for AOL. Glenn led a high-performance recruiting team of over 25 professionals hiring over 1,600-plus full time employees annually. Glenn personally executed all senior level executive searches for AOL, placing among others, the CTO, CIO, CMO, Chief Legal Counsel, EVP Platform Technologies and SVP Voice Services.
Before joining AOL, Glenn was a founding member of the executive recruiting team at Microsoft. In that role, he was responsible for building the executive search process model and executing senior level searches. Glenn directly supported Microsoft's CEO and conducted several top searches for the company including the Board of Director search, CEO for Microsoft China, President of Microsoft India, Head of Human Resources and several senior finance, marketing and technology leadership roles.
Before joining Microsoft, Glenn was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International in San Francisco where he was a member of the firm's High Tech practice. Prior to Korn/Ferry, he was the Managing Partner of a boutique retained search firm in Southern California.
Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
With over 20 years of marketing and sales experience, Maggie specializes in bringing consumer insights and marketing best practices to brands and services. She has extensive experience in defining and developing marketing strategies, consumer insight development, and brand and product management.
Prior to joining BusinessElite, Maggie worked at AOL as VP of Marketing where she lead a team of 15 to create, develop and launch new products for consumers. The product categories included Safety and Security, Education and Entertainment Services. She managed a budget of over $30MM and drove revenue of over $50MM for one service in an 18 month period. Prior to that, she spent over 4 years in the Product Marketing function and another 5 years working on B-to-B Marketing programs.
Maggie also worked at CompuServe in the partnership marketing organization and created marketing programs with hardware and software companies. Maggie drove over $20MM in annual revenue from these partnerships. Prior to that, Maggie worked at LexisNexis in Finance, Marketing and Sales.
Maggie has a Masters Degree from the McGregor School of business and an Accounting Degree from Miami University. She is on the board of the Loudoun Education Foundation and is an adjunct Professor at George Mason University.
Jon Werther is the former EVP Business Operations for AOL. A direct report to the CEO, Mr. Werther was responsible for leading all operational initiatives throughout the company. Prior to this role, he was the EVP of Business Development where he drove strategic transactions and relationships for the company primarily focusing on distribution, content, platform/technology, new service and product-related transactions and evaluated new business opportunities.
Prior to AOL, Mr. Werther worked at Time Warner, Inc. as Vice President, Operations, where he was responsible for strategic business initiatives and shareholder value creation opportunities at both the corporate and divisional operating levels. Before that, he spent seven years at AOL in a variety of executive roles, overseeing a broad range of cross-company operational initiatives, structuring and negotiating various strategic transactions, formulating key AOL strategies, and developing new revenue streams.
Before joining AOL, Mr. Werther worked at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC, where he represented and advised clients in connection with a variety of transactions, primarily in South America and Asia. Mr. Werther earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from Emory University.
Dana Dunne is the former CEO of AOL Europe. He was responsible for all of AOL's operations throughout Europe including sales, operations, HR, finance, legal and technology. He served previously in the US as the Head of AOL's transformation program.
Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Dunne was the Chairman and CEO of WebTV Europe, a mobile music and private investment company based in London. Previously, Mr. Dunne was President of the Wholesale and International Carrier Services business unit for Belgacom, where he had served earlier as the General Manager of the Business Division.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dunne was at the American telecoms company US West as Head of Corporate Strategy and Development as well as President of US West International. He was a leader of McKinsey & Company's telecommunications practices, based in their London, Brussels and Madrid offices. Mr. Dunne earned an MBA and MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
