Primary objective of this role is to own and manage executive and management-level relationships between Microsoft and HP, including corporate, field and product groups, as well as managing our global LAR business with HP. This role will be responsible for driving global HP execution, including revenue attainment and objective attainment in joint strategies. This leader will coordinate, motivate and lead a worldwide virtual-team of FLP resources, including BMO and Field PAM roles that are responsible for developing Microsoft?s business and relationship with our HP. The leader will also manage the rhythm between partner leadership and key stakeholders within the MS and HP leadership teams, including driving quarterly executive reviews on the Frontline Partnership and HP business and manage field reviews with SMSG leadership. Responsibilities: Own revenue accountability for HP LAR business Create and drive SMB and Partner strategies with HP, from planning to field funding to execution to measurement and reporting. Create product and segment specific strategies to grow MSFT revenue and gain competitive share. Drive reporting and visibility to investment return and impact to business across segments. Formulate specific execution strategies and tactics for HP as a LAR partner and ensure consistent implementation globally in alignment with specific local requirements of regional/country operations of our partner. Drive efforts across Microsoft to increase sales and marketing and channel development initiatives between Microsoft and HP. Develop and nurture executive relationships within the regional field teams and corp functions of HP and develop the subsidiary PAM teams to do the same Exceed revenue budgets for each product category as defined in the FLP targets with HP Ensure team application of consultative selling process to drive key initiatives and achieve account objectives in line with corporate objectives This position includes supervising the partner business plan creation process and includes removal of barriers to success for the organization As a part of the Partner Sales Leadership team, contribute to the overall sales strategy and success metrics Be directly responsible for forecast accountability for LAR revenue, including driving Deal Factory engagement
Recommended Qualifications: Four year college degree in business/marketing or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. 10+years of related channel sales management experience in sales background with direct revenue accountability, including 6 years supervisory experience. Prefer experience with LAR partners and Microsoft licensing business Ability to develop quantitative business metrics tools both as a reviewer and an IC developer CXO level Global partner engagement experience
